or by sending an email to Admin@JulieBallSpeechPathology.com.au

Julie will then contact you to collect some information, determine if a speech pathology session will be of benefit and to arrange an suitable appointment time.

Referrals

Self referrals are accepted.

Doctor referral required for sessions funded by Medicare or DVA.

Referrals can be sent toAdmin@JulieBallSpeechPathology.com.au .

Rebates

DVA & Medicare

Julie is registered with the Department of Veterans' Affairs and Medicare. A referral from your doctor is required to access this funding if you are eligible. Medicare-funded services may incur out-of-pocket expenses, while eligible DVA sessions are bulk billed.

Support at Home

Speech pathology services may be accessed through the Australian Government’s Support at Home program for eligible older adults. Services may include assessment and support for communication and swallowing difficulties, mealtime management, and strategies to support independence and quality of life. Referrals are welcomed from clients, families, GPs, home care providers, and care coordinators.

Private Health Funds

Julie is a registered provider with private health funds. Please check with your health fund regarding your level of cover and eligibility for rebates.

NDIS

Self-managed and plan-managed National Disability Insurance Scheme participants are welcome to claim speech pathology services through their NDIS funding.
